Researchers from the University of Manitoba are looking for samples of nine varieties of CWRS wheat to assist in a gluten strength study. The researchers are looking for samples from Glenn, Stanley, Utmost, Carberry, Brandon, Cardale, Stettler, Unity and Harvest varieties.
