Sask Wheat CGA/CGC Consultation Report

In preparation for the current Government of Canada review of the Canada Grain Act, Sask Wheat contracted a report to examine issues being raised in public discussion about the Act and the operations of the Canadian Grain Commission, and the implications of any potential changes in the Act on the activities and economics of Saskatchewan grain producers. The Canadian Grain Commission was created in 1912 as a result of the passing by the Parliament of Canada of the Canada Grain Act.
