Registered producers are eligible to vote on motions and resolutions. Voter status per AGM is specific to the crop(s) each Commission represents. To qualify as a registered producer, you must have grown and sold barley, canola, flax, and/or wheat in Saskatchewan within the last two years and have not requested a levy refund in the previous year. For pulses, voting eligibility is granted if a producer has sold a crop within the last three years.
Any resolutions will be brought forward from the floor during the AGM. If you intend to bring a resolution from the floor, please use this template.
