Grade School 2019 - Yorkton

Grain farmers: Learn about degrading factors in wheat, canola, and barley along with grain contracts at Grade School 2019!

Grain inspectors from the Canadian Grain Commission (CDC) will be in attendance to explain different degrading factors in wheat, barley, and canola to grain producers. In addition, they will be showing producers how to collect a representative sample of grain and the benefits of utilizing programs such as the Harvest Sample Program and the “Subject to Inspector’s Grade and Dockage” program.

Representatives from the Canadian International Grains Institute (Cigi) will be making presentations on the importance of the high-quality of Canadian wheat to our export customers.
